Do you have abdominal pain or goin?

This happened with my 3rd Pregnancy. I had a problem with my pelvis when I am too much of the hormone relaxin, which all legaments, muscles and joints of the body triggers the child help in the ease of the pelvis. But in my case, as I said, give me also and one of the main side effects muscle cramps and blockade of the right leg during the night. It was so painful!

I thought to myself, but pointed out that if you press the heel of the foot as much as possible and pull back the toes and you (Does that make sense?) To cease immediately cramps. Hold it for a minute and will not return.

I want to go through the day, if I go wrong, and that was all that contributed. There is no cure, apart from the birth. When I gave birth to the cramp is gone.

Good luck!

I said that dehydration or low potassium levels be the cause, but because she is pregnant, she is probably due to all the pre-madgnancy hormones have to do. :) If it still occurs in the legs, especially, is likely due to the condition of the basin. However, much water to drink is always a good idea!

I've learned to do a sort of stretching the lower calf of the corridor (where it is directed upward and pushed against a wall with the front leg slightly bent and help the right leg) before going to bed and relax the muscles so that not happen. who has worked for me.

Hope this helps

I know exactly how you feel! When I was pregnant, which happens all the time! Have the best way to cure that for me was a heating pad connected and turned on my bed when you wake. Suck!

This can eat in a lack of potassium, a banana, take a day or a supplement - Another fun thing to be using it for pain relief, a heating pad or hot bath, hot ... after the cessation of the initial pain, but also helps to massage.

Good luck: p
