In addition, illegal immigrants are not allowed to be here. Why should it not be legal? They pay no taxes would not do justice to obtain benefits for them in our country. No offense.

Not anymore. A couple of years, new federal laws were passed, more than ever to qualify documentation for such programs. It is not taxpayers' money is enough to cover all of these programs, if so many people there.
I know somebody who works for Medicaid in my state, and when it was enacted, there were many stories of candidates for their illegal work, which in this crazy, even the danger that his personal choice or something.
And for the record, non-pregnant healthy adults can work normally, are not eligible for these programs, even if they are legal. If you have children and where a certain amount of money, children can come into consideration, but not in normal adults.
